Powder mixing and pretreatment
After preliminary screening, the tungsten powder enters the mixing and pretreatment stage. Pressing and pretreatment
The mixed tungsten powder then enters the pressing and forming stage. Nantong Rongxin uses high-precision molds and pressing equipment to press the tungsten powder into preliminary tungsten billets. During the pressing process, the company strictly controls key parameters such as pressing pressure, pressing speed and holding time to ensure that the density and shape of the tungsten billet meet the requirements of subsequent processing.
After the pressing and forming, the tungsten billet needs to be pretreated to eliminate internal stress and defects. Nantong Rongxin uses heat treatment technology to anneal the tungsten billet. During the annealing process, by precisely controlling parameters such as heating temperature, holding time and cooling rate, the stress and defects inside the tungsten blank can be effectively released and eliminated, thereby significantly improving its mechanical properties and processing performance.
